Celgard Settles with Farasis, Adds Senior-China to CA Patent Case, Moves Trade Secret Case to CA
Celgard and Farasis entered into an agreement that settles the U.S. patent infringement litigation and the global disputes between the two companies. Celgard also added Senior-China back in as a defendant in Celgard’s California patent case and moved the North Carolina trade secret case back to the California court.
