RespiGard®

RespiGard® is a high-performance membrane uniquely designed for outdoor apparel. Our proprietary manufacturing process results in a PFAS and solvent-free product that is waterproof, breathable and lightweight.

Outdoor sportswear and coats made with our RespiGard® membrane have won numerous awards, including the 2021 Performance Days Performance Award and the 2019 and 2020 Outdoor Retailer’s Innovation Awards.

WATERPROOF, BREATHABLE & LIGHTWEIGHT

Our proprietary and patented manufacturing process creates a PFAS and solvent-free membrane that is naturally hydrophobic (repels water), has smooth and uniform pores too small for water droplets to penetrate, and features high porosity that allows for airflow and moisture evaporation.

PFAS & SOLVENT FREE

RespiGard® membranes are produced without any solvents or fluorinated materials, allowing apparel brands to worry about the next innovative design rather than material restrictions.

Additionally, our raw material suppliers confirm they do not intentionally add PFAS and independent lab testing of RespiGard® membranes verify results below the detection limit.
